The HECMA Faculty lead the Case Management Foundations training program and serve as senior scholars and professionals for the association. Faculty members are selected in a competitive application process, and are chosen based on criteria including: having served in a full-time non-clinical case management role for at least 3 years (and currently serve in such a role); presented about case management in a public forum; demonstrated interest in advancing case management through scholarship, research, or assessment; and demonstrated an advanced knowledge of and professional commitment to advancing issues related to access, equity, diversity, and inclusion. HECMA Faculty are appointed for a service term of 3 years, with the opportunity to renew appointment upon review and invitation by the HECMA Leadership Team.
