On behalf of the Higher Education Case Managers Association (HECMA), thank you for exploring the benefits associated with HECMA Sponsorship. Sponsors are those organizations that provide ongoing financial support for advancing the mission and goals of HECMA.

HECMA strives to develop strategic partnerships with companies and organizations who share our values and vision. By sponsoring HECMA, you will have access to our 800+ members who are higher education leaders in clinical and non-clinical case management throughout the United States. Sponsorship provides unique opportunities to enhance your organization’s visibility, build brand awareness, and promote your products, programs, and services at a grassroots level- with those professionals actually in the field and doing the work.

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS AND BENEFITS 

HECMA offers three levels of sponsorship, so you can select the level most appropriate for you and your organization. Partnering with HECMA at any of our sponsorship levels will you give exposure, year-round, in all of the following ways:  

Bronze:

Cost: $2,000 annually

• One complimentary attendee at annual HECMA conference
• Half page listing with company logo in annual conference program
• Sponsorship announcement at HECMA conference
• One promotional communication to HECMA members. 
• Receive conference attendee list
• Company logo on HECMA website
• Selected social media posts will be share on HECMA’s social media (upon request)
• Name goes next to a conference session

Silver:

Costs $3,500 annually

• 2 complimentary attendees at annual HECMA conference
• Half page listing with company logo in annual conference program
• Sponsorship announcement at HECMA conference
• Sponsorship signage at registration desk throughout annual HECMA conference
• Two promotional communications to HECMA members per year. 
• Join a Clinical Friday or Non-clinical Connection session
• Receive conference attendee list
• Company logo on HECMA website
• Selected social media posts will be share on HECMA’s social media (upon request)
• Name next to a conference session and marketing material shared in the room 

Gold:

Cost: $5,000 annually 

• Up to four complimentary attendees at annual HECMA conference
• Preferential exhibit space at annual HECMA conference 
• Full-page listing with company logo in annual HECMA conference program
• Company logos with link on HECMA website (sponsor and annual conference pages)
• Opportunity for addressing full membership during the HECMA conference
• Sponsorship signage at registration desk and throughout annual HECMA conference;
• Two promotional communications to HECMA members per year
• Use of HECMA logo with the approval of Leadership Team; 
• Host a webinar with HECMA membership as audience
• Receive conference attendee list
• Selected social media posts will be share on HECMA’s social media (upon request)
• Guaranteed opportunity to present a conference session (must meet educational proposal requirement)
• Name next to a conference session, marketing material shared in the room, and able to address membership during annual business meeting.

HECMA Sponsorships are intended to be mutually beneficial. Therefore, a set of criteria has  been developed by which sponsorship proposals will be considered. These criteria include:

∙ Ability to reach targeted audiences, 

∙ Positive exposure for HECMA, 

∙ Opportunity for long-term, sustainable relationship, 

∙ Relationship must maintain HECMA’s reputation for Objectivity, Independence, Integrity, Credibility, Responsibility, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
