HECMA Annual Conference Exhibitor

On behalf of the Higher Education Case Managers Association (HECMA), thank you for exploring the benefits associated with being an exhibitor at the upcoming Annual Conference. As an exhibitor you will have an opportunity to connect with case managers in higher education from across the country.

Cost: $750

Includes: One conference registration (with the option to add additional registrations at your own cost) and one table starting the first day through the last day of conference. If extended hotel support, like electrical power, extended wifi needs, etc.,  is needed it will be provided at the cost of the exhibitor. Extended options are provided by the hotel and will be offered based on hotel availability.

HECMA Exhibitors are intended to be mutually beneficial. Therefore, a set of criteria has been developed by which exhibitor proposals will be considered.

Additional information or materials may be requested for review before confirmation that you have been accepted as an exhibitor. Once confirmed that you have been approved you will be provided a Consent and agreement form to be submitted.

Conference Exhibitors are different than our annual partnership with Corporate Sponsors.
